About
Who runs this, and how it pays for itself
Small Space Finds is a one-person site. I started it because I've lived in kitchens with about four feet of usable counter, and the advice you find for that problem is mostly photographs of kitchens that don't have the problem.
How items get chosen
I look for things that solve a space problem by disappearing — folding, nesting, stacking, or moving onto a wall or a door. Then I read the listing properly: the dimension diagram, the materials, what's actually in the box. The description you read here is written from that, in my own words, and it's meant to tell you what the object is rather than how it will change your life.
I haven't personally tested every item, and I won't claim I have. If something here is an inference from the manufacturer's own drawings rather than something I've handled, that's what it is.
How it pays for itself
Through Amazon's affiliate programme. If you click through and buy, Amazon pays me a small commission and you pay exactly the same price you would have paid anyway. That's the whole business model — there's no newsletter to sell, nothing gated, and no sponsored placements. Commission rates do not decide what gets listed. Several items here pay less than things I left out.
What I don't do
- No stock, no orders, no shipping, no returns. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site under their terms.
- No invented reviews, no borrowed testimonials, no claimed first-hand testing.
- No prices or star ratings on this site — Amazon allows an Associate to publish those only via an API this site doesn't use, and stale numbers help nobody.
- No countdown timers, no “only two left”, none of that.
Images
The photographs on the Pinterest boards are AI-generated illustrations built from each product's real dimensions and materials. They are labelled as such on every pin and in every description. They exist because Amazon's own product images can't be republished without API access this site doesn't have. They are illustrations of the idea, not photographs of the item in the box — always look at the seller's own gallery before buying.

Corrections are welcome and I would rather hear about a wrong measurement than not. smallspacefind@proton.me.
